Return and Replacement Policy
Thank you for your purchase with Dabbakhul. Please read the following return and replacement policy carefully.
Replacement
All products purchased from Dabbakhul are eligible for a free replacement under the following conditions:
• If the product is delivered in a faulty, damaged, non-working, or duplicate condition.
• If an incorrect product is delivered.
• The replacement is requested within 7 days of delivery.
How to File for a Return/Replacement
To initiate a replacement, please write to us at support@dabbakhul.in or send a WhatsApp message to us at +91 9888899896 with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Request for Replacement
3. Reason for Replacement with photo/video proof
If the customer opts for a replacement, a third-party courier partner will pick up the damaged/incorrect product from the delivery address. The replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days after we receive the damaged/incorrect product.
Note: Any return or replacement request must be supported by a proper unboxing video that starts from the very first cut of the sealed package. The video must clearly show the intact, unopened package and then the complete unboxing process, including the condition of the received product. Requests without a valid, continuous unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
Acceptance of any replacement request is subject to fulfillment of the above conditions. Dabbakhul reserves the right to reject any return/replacement claims. Any return/replacement request filed after 7 days of receipt will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy
• Any product once ordered can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time frame, the product can only be returned or replaced if it meets the required criteria.
• If the order is canceled within 24 hours of being placed, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
• Any order cancelled post-shipment will bear a cancellation charge, which consists of the total shipping charge for the order (forward shipping charge and reverse shipping charge).
